Founded in 2014, Remote Air-Conditioning Solutions is proudly a 100% Western Australian owned and operated small family business , employing local people. Specialising in the Air-Conditioning and Refrigeration industry, our company is Arctick certified and all team members are licenced and fully trained.

Our mission is to deliver exceptional, timely and cost-effective services to our clients and we have three simple values that guide our team in every project we take on:

  • Client Focus – We deliver on our promises and always discuss and report honestly on how we can improve your Air-Conditioning and Refrigeration Assets to maximise efficiency going forward.
  • Integrity – On every project, we follow the Arctick Refrigeration Codes of Good Practice and always work to Local and Federal Codes and Regulations.

We personally meet our client’s needs without the bureaucracy of a large business, anywhere throughout Western Australia. Our fees are competitive without ever compromising on quality and we have a flexibility and mobility to pursue projects where our clients need us.

Phil Hannigan – Owner Operator

Phil Hannigan has over 17 years’ experience in the trade, working across the Mining, Commercial and Industrial Industry throughout WA & SA.

Phil started Remote Air-Conditioning Solutions in 2014 during his weeks off on a FIFO roster, building up a loyal client base until he could commit to the business on a full-time basis in 2015.

His vast experience in working throughout the Industrial, Mining, Commercial and Residential sectors under sometimes extreme climates and conditions when equipment needs to be urgently repaired and up and running combined with his ability to get the job done safely and on time is well respected.

His extensive knowledge and passion for the industry means we constantly find practical solutions when a potential issue arises and that sets us apart from our competitors. A hands-on Director, Phil works on-site with his dedicated and handpicked team of professionals to ensure projects are delivered on-time and to the standard our clients have come to expet fro Remote Air-Conditioning Solutions.
